摘要
探讨了复分解沉淀法生产电子级高纯碳酸钡工艺中 ,加料方式、反应温度、陈化时间对产物中杂质Ca2 +、Cl-的影响 ,优选出最佳工艺条件 ,使产品中的Ca2 +、Cl-含量均低于 0 .0 3 %。
This paper probes into the effect of the regularity of charging sequence, temperature, aging time on the content of impurity as Ca 2+ and Cl - in the Barium Carbonate which is synthesized by reaction of double decomposition. The best process is found, which can make the content of Ca 2+ and Cl - less than 0.03%.
