Quantitative Determination of the Content of Organic Acid in Health Human Urine

对70例正常人尿液中有机酸谱进行了气相色谱一质谱定量测定,获得7个年龄组的31种有机酸正常值,并报告了分析方法的精密度和准确值。

Organic acid profiles in 70 normal urine samples were quantitatively determined by GC/MS. The normal values of 31 organie acids for each of 7 age groups were provided. In addition, this paper also presents the accuracy and precision of the analytical method.
