摘要
以苯甲酸、二亚乙基三胺为原料 ,通过咪唑啉的还原开环反应制备得到 4-苄基二亚乙基三胺 ,接着分别与硬脂酸、环氧氯丙烷发生酰胺化、季铵化反应 ,得到一种未见报道的阳离子表面活性剂。并确定了咪唑啉还原开环反应的反应条件为 :2 0℃的中性溶液反应 1 h,咪唑啉中间体与 Na BH4的摩尔比为 1∶ 2 。
A new cationic surfactant was prepared from benzoic acid, diethylenetriamine, stearic acid and 2,3 epoxy 1 chloropropane through cyclization, reduction ring opening, amidation and quaternization. The effects of reaction condition on imidazoline reduction ring opening were discussed. The reaction conditions recommended: molar ratio of imidazoline intermediate to NaBH 4, 1∶2; reaction temperature 20℃; reaction time, 1 h; pH=7, with iso propanol as solvent.
