摘要
采用掏土法和锚杆静压桩,对某软土地区的6层底部框架-抗震墙砌体结构住宅楼及其裙房进行了纠偏加固。首先对沉降较大一侧的基础进行压桩加固并及时封闭桩孔,阻止该侧继续沉降。对原沉降较小的一侧,在压桩后不封闭桩孔,待该侧掏土、基础迫降达到要求后再进行封桩。施工中根据纠偏效果及时调整施工进度和方案,保证住宅楼主体结构与裙房同步沉降。施工后的长期监测结果显示,该房屋的纠偏加固取得了预期效果。
Using soil-removal method and under-pinning piles, a 6-story residential building, which is a bottom i^arne-masonry structure on soR soil, and its skirt slzucture were treated for tilting-correction and foundation reinforcement. The foundation on the side of larger settlement was reinforced by under-pinning piles first, and the pile-jacking holes were capped immediately aRerwards, preventing further displacement. On the side of smaller settlement, the pile-jacking holes were leRuncapped until the soil-removal process was completed and the desired displacement of the foundation occurred. In order to ensure the synchronized displacement of the main building and its skirt structure, the work schedule and planning were adjusted according to the effects of tilting-correction during the rectifying process. Long-term monitoring showed that the tilting-corraction and foundation reinforcement of this building was effective and successful
