摘要
为达到快速、优质和按期投产目标,中乌项目在施工前期积极准备招标文件,按照国际惯例招标确定EPC总承包商,及时动迁施工队伍和设备到达施工现场。项目建立了质量控制机构,采用国际先进和成熟的施工方法,制定项目质量管理目标,建立质量管理制度,明确质量岗位职责,确定质量管理协调程序。项目采取科学有效办法对工程进度进行控制,建立三级进度控制计划和管理体系,实现了项目预期目标,是工程顺利实施的重要保障。
In order to achieve fast, high-quality, objective put into operation on schedule, China-Uzbekisten project actively prepared tender documents, pre-construction, bided to determine in accordance with international practice, the EPC contractor, comtmction teams end timely relocation of equipment arrived the construction site. PMT established a quality control mechanism project, used international advenced end proven construction methods, project quality management objectives, the establishment of quality management system, clear quality job responsibilities, determine the quality management coordinator. Project also took a scientific and effective way to control the progress of the projects, the establishment of three planned schedule control end management system, achieved project goals, end is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation oftheproject.
