摘要
对AP1000核岛底板大体积混凝土浇筑的工艺、混凝土养护、混凝土温度及温度应力监测等内容进行简要介绍。分析了具体工程中的裂缝分布及裂缝出现的原因。在裂缝出现原因分析的基础上,提出了若干裂缝控制措施建议。这些建议可以为后续AP1000核电厂底板裂缝控制提供一定的借鉴意义。
This dissertation gives some brief introduction of AP1000 nuclear island base mass concrete pouring process, concrete curing, concrete temperature and temperature stress monitoring. The dissertation gives some analysis on the distribution and causes of cracks of the specific engineering fracture. The dissertation puts forward suggestions.on crack control, based on the cause analysis of concrete cracks. These recommendations will provide some certain significance on nuclear island basemat crack control of following AP 1000 nuclear power
