年代久远的混凝土建筑会出现老化、失修现象,需要进一步加固;新建混凝土建筑项目由于在勘察、设计、施工中存在的问题,其结构检测与加固也非常重要。论文分析了混凝土建筑结构检测的必要性及所使用的方法,对其加固技术进行了概括总结,以期为同类工程作为参考使用。
