摘要
大型石油石化建设项目投资大、工艺复杂、一体化程度高的特性决定了设计管理的重要性和复杂性。本文着重阐述通过设计评审、设计变更管理等设计管理方法来实现对设计的全过程管理。加强设计管理工作,使建设单位能够有效地控制项目的投资额,确保项目的使用功能,顺利地进行施工阶段管理,全面发挥设计工作对工程建设项目的决定性作用。
Design management is complex and vital important to the success of large-scale petroleum ＆ petrochemical projects due to huge investment, complex process and high integration degree of such projects. To achieve entire process of design management, design audit, design change management and some other management tools are introduced and analyzed in detail in this paper. It is meaningful to improve design management to control project investment, ensure service functions, and manage construction activities.
