经过实验检测 ,发现采用以甲醇 水为流动相的HPLC和GC法测定α 萘乙酸的结果偏高。通过改变HPLC法中的流动相并加入离子对试剂 ,可使α 萘乙酸原药谱图中分离出一个明显的杂质峰。经过方法验证及实验对比 ,该法平均回收率为 10 0 2 % ,RSD为 0 30 % 。

This paper introduces a method for the determination of α naphthylacetic acid with HPLC Under the reversed phase condition,puting ion pair reagent IPR A in the mobile phase of methanol water,an unknown peak was separated. The recovery was 100 2% and the RSD was 0 30% In comparing with conventional HPLC using methanol water as mobile phase and GC methods,the results were more dependable
