增敏荧光光谱法测定复方新诺明中的磺胺甲噁唑 被引量:5

摘要 提出了在溴化十六烷基三甲铵 (CTAB)存在下 ,p H为 4.0的 HAc-Na Ac缓冲溶液中 ,增敏荧光光谱法测定复方新诺明中磺胺甲口恶唑 (SMZ)含量的新方法。磺胺甲口恶唑浓度在 0 .0 8~ 0 .8μg/m L范围内 ,荧光强度与磺胺甲口恶唑浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,方法的检出限为 0 .0 1 6μg/m L(6.32× 1 0 -8mol/L)。方法已用于测定复方新诺明中磺胺甲口恶唑的含量。 In HAc NaAc(pH 4.0) medium with CTAB, a new micellar enhanced spectrofluorimetric method for determination of sulfamethoxazole in sinomin was developed. The linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and concentration of sulfamethoxazole is keptin the range of 0.08~0.8 μg/mL .The method was applied to determination of sulfamethoxazole in sinomin tablets with satisfactory results.
