Spectrophotometric Determination of Nitrite Ion with Rhodamine 3GO Based on Diazo-reaction

基于在盐酸介质中微量亚硝酸根与罗丹明 3GO发生的重氮化褪色反应 ,建立了光度法测定微量亚硝酸根的新方法 ,并对机理进行了初步讨论。方法的线性范围为 0 .0 2～ 0 .4μg/m L ,检出限为 0 .0 2μg/m L。方法已用于水中微量亚硝酸根的测定。

A new spectrophotometric method for determination of nitrite ion was studied. The method is based on diazo-reaction of rhodamine 3GO with nitrite ion in hydrochloric acid medium. The linear range for determination is 0.02～0.4 μg/mL for NO - 2 with detection limit of 0.02 μg/mL . The method was applied to determination of nitrite ion in water samples.
