摘要
随着养殖业的发展,鸡肉和蛋产品在餐桌上占据的位置也越来越重要,人们对鸡肉和鸡蛋的品质也随之有了进一步的要求,健康蛋,绿色蛋的概念也给饲料企业提出了新的挑战和发展方向。蛋鸡养殖过程中,常受到温度、噪音等因素的影响,而使蛋鸡处于应激状态,从而导致生产性能下降,同时影响鸡蛋品质。饲料中常添加各种抗氧化剂,用于提高蛋鸡对应激的抵抗能力、缓解由氧化应激引起的生产性能下降、蛋品质降低等现象。文章就近年来对于蛋鸡抗氧化应激日粮的研究进行综述,旨在为今后的研究、生产实践提供经验基础和新的思路。
With the developing of breeding, the chicken and egg products are more important than before. People have further requirements on the quality of the chicken and egg products. Healthy eggs, green eggs give us a new challenge. Laying hens are always in the stress state because of heat and noise in its surroundings, so that the production performance and the eggs'quality would be declined. In order to ease the oxidative stress by heat stress, we often add a variety of antioxidants to the laying-hen's feed. In this paper, the author reviewed some studies on the diet of laying hens against oxidative stress which published in recent years, it's aim to provide the basis of experience and new ideas for future research or production practices.
