摘要
在 p H1.5的氯乙酸介质中 ,铁 ( )与 5 -Br-PA DAP生成紫色络合物 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 6 .0× 10 4L· m ol- 1 · cm- 1 ,最大吸收波长为 5 88nm ,铁含量在 0— 15μg/ 2 5 m L范围内符合比耳定律。该方法灵敏、简便 ,用于测定硫酸锰等样品中微量铁的测定 ,结果令人满意。
Iron(Ⅲ)forms a violet complex with 5 Br PADAP in chloroacetic acid medium at pH1.5.The apparent molar absorptivity at 588nm is 6.0×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0—15μg/25mL for iron.This method is sensitive and simple.It was applied to the determination of microamount iron in MnSO 4 reagent and other agent samples with satisfactory results.
