Determination of As & Hg in Phosphorus Rock by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence

研究了氢化物发生原子荧光法测定出口磷矿石中的砷和汞。试验了硼氢化钾浓度、共存离子的影响 ;优化了仪器条件。方法的回收率为 94%— 10 2 % ,砷和汞的检出限分别为 0 .5 ng/m L 和 0 .0 5 ng/m L。方法具有操作简便、快速 ,灵敏度高等优点 ,可用于出口磷矿石中微量 A s、H g的测定。

Determination of As & Hg in phosphorus rock by HG AFS has been researched.The effects of operation conditions such as KBH 4 concentration and concomitant ion were studied,and the instrument parameters were optimized. The recovery of the method is in the range of 94%—102% and the detection limits are 0.5 ng/mL & 0.05 ng/mL for As & Hg. The method is simple and rapid with high sensitiveity.The method has been applied to the detemination of trace As & Hg in export phosphorus rock.
