参苓白术散加味治疗脾虚泄泻30例

And three atractylodes flavored treatment of diarrhea in 30 cases of pixu（spleen deficient）

目的：观察参苓白术散加味治疗脾虚型泄泻的临床疗效。方法：对30例脾虚泄泻患者采用参芩白术散加味进行治疗，观察其治疗效果。结果：28例均收到明显疗效，总有效率达94％。结论：参苓白术散加味治疗脾虚泄泻疗效显著，值得推广。

Objective：To observe the cords lingya atractylodes scattered flavored clinical curative effect for the treatment of diarrhea type pixu（spleen de-ficient）. Methods： 30 cases of diarrhea were treated by pixu（spleen deficient）and three atractylodes flavored treatment, the therapeutic effect was observed. Results：28 cases received significant curative effect, total effective rate was 94%. Conclusion： ginseng three atraetylodes scattered flavored diarrhea pixu （spleen deficient）with obvious therapeutic effect,is worth promoting.
