针刺配合自制“颈痛贴膏”穴位贴敷治疗颈型颈椎病165例临床疗效观察

Acupuncture combined with self-made ＂acupoint neck pain plaster＂ sticking therapy for treatment of cervical spondylosis clinical observation of 165 cases

目的：观察针剌配合自制“颈痛贴膏”穴位贴敷治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将330例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组（针刺配合穴位贴敷）165例、单纯针刺对照组165例进行临床观察，并对两组患者治疗后的临床疗效进行统计。结果：治疗组160例，有效率为90．6％，对照组161例。有效率为70．8％．经统计学处理，P〈0．01，结果有显著性差异。结论：自制“颈痛贴膏”穴位贴敷能明显提高针刺疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with self-made ＂acupoint neck pain plaster＂ sticking therapy for treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods：330 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the treatment group（acupuncture plus acu point sticking）in 165 cases, a simple aeupuncture control group of 165 cases, and analyzed the clinical curative effect of the treatment of two groups of pa-tients after. Results：the treatment group of 160 cases, efficiency of 90.6%, control group 161 ceses, effective rate was 70. 8%, after statistics processing, P〈0.01, there were significant differences in results. Conclusion：the self-made ＂acupoint neck pain plaster＂ sticking can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of neck type of cervical spondylosis.
