针药结合治疗女性压力性尿失禁32例

Combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine for the treatment of Urinary Stress Incontinence

目的：探索针药结合女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法：共收集32例患者，运用导师经验方固泉汤加减配合电针治疗的方法。分析治疗前后各临床症状的改善程度。结果：32例患者治疗前后的症状改善程度经统计学分析，P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义。治愈率62．5％，有效率100％。结论：采用经验方固泉汤加减配合电针治疗女性压力性尿失禁是一种很好的方法，值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine＂ in treating female Urinary Stress Inconti-nence（USI）. Methods Thirty＂ two female cases were treated by using the method of the combination of electricity acupuncture and tutor＇s summary decoc-tion medicine-Gu quan tang addition and subtraction. Then analyze the degree of improvement in clinical symptoms. Results After about one month treat-ment,the 32 cases＇ clinical symptoms are got great mitigation. The clinical cure rate was 62.5% and the overall effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The method of ＂Combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine＂ in treating female Urinary Stress Incontinence（USI）is very good. It ought to be popularized and applied.
