PICC置管与静脉留置针在肿瘤患者化疗中的应用比较

PICC catheter and the application of venous indwelling needle in cancer patients with chemotherapy

目的：PICC置管与静脉留置针在肿瘤患者化疗中的应用。方法：选自2007年6月～2012年12月我科258例肿瘤患者分为采用PICC置管进行化疗（PICC组），和采用静脉留置针进行化疗的肿瘤患者作为对照组，比较两组之间发生情况。结果PICC置管组结果发生率都明显低于静脉留置针组（P〈0．01），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：在肿瘤患者化疗中，PICC置管比静脉留置针具有更高的临床应用价值，值得在肿瘤患者化疗过程中广泛推广。现报告如下。

Objective：PICC catheter and applications in tumor chemotherapy in patients with venous indwelling needle. Methods,selected from June 2007 to December 2012 our department is divided into 258 cases of tumor patients using PICC catheter chemotherapy group（PICC） ,and intravenous indwelling nee-dle chemotherapy of tumor patients as control group,the comparison of occurrence between two groups. Results incidence of PICC catheter group were signifi-cantly lower than the venous indwelling needle group （P〈0.01）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： in cancer patients with chemotherapy,intravenous indwelling needle is higher than that in PICC catheter clinical application value and is worth popularizing widely in cancer patients during chemotherapy.
