原发性高血压患者血压晨峰现象诊治分析
摘要
目的：探讨原发性高血压患者血压晨峰现象的诊断及治疗，有效控制血压晨峰，降低心脑血管事件。方法：对54例MBPS的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：54例MBPS分三组治疗，并取得一定疗效，无明显不良反应发生。结论：MBPS的发生与多种因素有关，其加剧与心、脑血管病高发有一定关系。采用长效降压药物的非特异性治疗及按时间给药的特异性治疗方法，可降低血压晨峰。
