摘要
在一定假设基础上建立了尼龙6固相聚合过程模型,并用实验数据验证了模型的正确性。结果表明随着固相聚合时间的延长,数均聚合度Un增加。
A model for solid-state polymerization (SSP) of nylon 6 was proposed in this paper. It was verified by comparing the simulated and the experimental data. On the base, the effect of affecting factors, such as the temperature and the time, the diameter of particles, the initial Un of the prepolymer, the initial concentrations of the water, the monomer (caprolactam), the aminocaproic acid, the regulator of the relative molecular weight, on the average Un in the radius direction for SSP of nylon 6 were analyzed.
