摘要
研究了乳酸乙酯经双氧水氧化合成丙酮酸乙酯的工艺,并对其后处理采用了Na2CO3进行中和并去除催化剂溴的新工艺.结果表明,当nL:nH2O2:nBr=1:1.2:0.1,温度25℃,反应时间3小时的条件下,产品产率可达89.27%,原料转化率为100%.
A novel technology for synthesizing the ethyl pyruvate was proposed by using the hydrogen peroxide as an oxyenation agent. Reaction liquids were neutralized with Na2CO3, in which Br2 used as the catalyst was also removed in the process. The results showed that the yield can reached 89. 27% and the conversation reached 100% under optimum reaction conditions:ethyl lactate: hydrogen peroxide: Bromine=1:1.2:0.1 (molar rate), the reaction temperature is 25℃, and the reaction time is 3 hours.
