鼻腔术后换药的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of postoperative nasal cavity

目的：探讨50例患者术后换药的方法与疗效。方法：分析50例患者鼻腔换药的临床资料。结果：在50例患者术后复查换药后取得的较好疗效，传统的鼻腔清洗结合中成药冲洗能明显减少患者的疼痛与鼻腔粘连。结论：鼻腔手术是关键，但合理的术后换药也是鼻腔术后痛变部位恢复程度的重要措施。

Objective; to study the method and efficacy of 50 patients with postoperative treatment. Methods：to analyze the clinical data of 50 cases of pa-tients with nasal dressing. Results：in 50 patients with postoperative treatment has good curative effect, after review of the traditional nasal wash combining traditional irrigation can significantly reduce the pain of patients with nasal adhesion. Conclusion：nasal surgery is the key,but reasonable postoperative treat-ment and postoperative nasal cavity recovery degree of the lesion site important measures.
