非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术的护理体会

Nursing experience of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting

目的：探讨非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术患者围术期的护理经验，研究其护理效果，为医学提供临床借鉴意义。方法：选取冠心病患者45例，对其施行非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术。在施行该手术前、后对患者采取有效护理，并对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果：术后1例死于低心排血量综合征，其余均痊愈出院。结论：护士术前了解病人病情并进行心理护理和宣教，让病人熟悉手术过程及步骤，术中配合技术娴熟，做好感染预防有利于手术的顺利进行。

Objective：To investigate the effects of extracorporeal circulation of coronary artery bypass grafting in patients with perioperative nursing expe-rience, and research the nursing effect and provide clinical reference for medical science. Methods select 45 patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）, the im-plementation of the extracorporeal circulation of coronary artery bypass grafting. Before the surgery,Take effective nursing on the patients and the results were retrospectively analyzed. Results 1 case died of postoperative low cardiac output syndrome, the rest were recovered. Conclusion understanding of patients condition and preoperative psychological nursing and education,make patient be familiar with the procedure and steps,intraoperative cooperate with skilled, infection prevention for operation smoothly.
