摘要
ERCP是在内镜下经十二指肠乳头插管注入熙影剂，从而逆行显示胰胆管的造影技术，是目前公认的诊断胰胆管痰病的标准。在ERCP的基础上，可以进行十二指肠大乳头切开术、内镜下乳头气囊扩张术、内镜下胆汁引流术等介入治疗。与外科开腹手术相比，具有恢复快、创伤小、可重复、疗效好等优点，患者客易接受。但同时ERCP在术前、术中、术后都有很多影响因素，因此护理工作是ERCP取得良好效果的重要保证。
Objective To summarize the individual nursing experience of elderly patients before and after ERCP,to decrease the complication happen. Methods Summarized the clinical individual observation and nursing experience of 50 elderly patients older than 70 years with multi organs illness before and after ERCP. Results Individual nursing is helpful to decrease the complication after ERCP happen . Conclusion clinical observation and individual nursing of elderly patients after ERCP are necessary.
