摘要
采用改进的Pechini法合成了 (Ba ,Ca) (Co ,Fe)O3 -δ系列材料 ,对其结构、透氧量及透氧稳定性进行了考察 .结果表明 ,材料具有较高的透氧量和透氧稳定性 ,其中Ba0 .95Ca0 .0 5Co0 .8Fe0 .2 O3 -δ在 95 0℃透氧量高达 1 4ml/ (cm2·min) ,85 0℃稳定操作 16 0h以上 .将其应用于膜反应器 ,对无催化剂的甲烷氧化偶联反应作了尝试 .结果表明 ,对甲烷氧化偶联反应具有较高的选择性 。
A series of (Ba,Ca)(Co,Fe)O 3- δ membrane materials were synthesized through Pechini method. The structure, the oxygen flux and the permeation stability of the materials were examined, and their application in oxidative coupling of methane was also attempted. The results demonstrated that the materials have a high oxygen flux and a good stability. The oxygen flux through Ba 0.95 Ca 0.05 Co 0.8 Fe 0.2 O 3- δ was 1 4 ml/(cm 2·min) at 950 ℃, and remained unchanged within 160 h at 850 ℃. The C 2 selectivity was high, but the CH 4 conversion was low.
