肿瘤患者知情权对护理满意度影响的研究

Studies on the effects of nursing satisfaction the right to know of tumor patients

目的：研究肿瘤患者知情权对护理满意度的影响。方法：随机化抽取我科住院患者，针对患者对自身疾病诊疗的知情度和对护理工作的满意度制订问卷进行调查，并对结果进行分析。结果：对诊疗不知情的肿瘤患者对护理工作的满意度偏低，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．01。结论：肿瘤患者对于病情的充分知情可增加其治疗的依从性，促进沟通，有助于提高护理满意度，提升护理质量，使患者最大获益。

Objective：the effect on nursing satisfaction of cancer patients＇ right to know. Methods：randomized selected hospitalized patients, according to the degree of patienfs disease treatment and satisfaction with nursing work out questionnaire, and the results were analyzed. Results： the diagnosis and treat-ment of low tumor patients unaware of nursing work satisfaction, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion：tumor patients for more fully informed can increase the treatment compliance, promote communication, helps to improve nursing satisfaction, improve the quality of nursing, the pa tient＇s benefit.
