摘要
用共沉淀法制备了Au/Fe2 O3 催化剂 ,考察了焙烧温度及金含量对Au/Fe2 O3 催化剂上CO氧化反应的影响 .结果表明 ,焙烧温度及金含量对催化剂的稳定性均有较大影响 .金含量为 3% ,30 0℃焙烧制得的样品具有较好的稳定性和抗水性 ,在常温常湿条件下可连续反应 430h保持CO完全转化 ;催化剂的稳定性与单质金及α Fe2 O3 的粒径成反比 ,并与金及铁的化学状态有关 .金粒子聚集。
The CO oxidation at ambient temperature and moisture over Au/Fe 2O 3 catalyst prepared by co precipitation method was studied. It was found that the durability of the catalyst was greatly changed with the calcination temperature and the amount of Au loading. The sample 3%Au/Fe 2O 3 calcined at 300 ℃ showed the best durability, i.e. the sample can maintain CO complete conversion in 430 h. The XRD, BET, TPR and IR results indicated that the particle size of metallic gold and α Fe 2O 3, and the chemical states of gold and iron were the main influencing factors of the durability. The reasons of deactivation of the catalyst can be attributed to the sintering effect of metallic gold, the transformation of some gold ions to gold metal, and the formation of carbonates on the catalyst surface.
