电话访视制度在社区慢性病患者护理中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨电话访视制度在社区慢性病患者护理中的应用。方法:以我辖区内2011年1月~2013年1月间收治的80例社区慢性病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均积极治疗原发病,观察组患者在此基础上增加电话访视措施,比较两组患者干预后治疗依从度、自我护理能力、生活质量和对护理服务满意度之间的差异。结果:观察组患者治疗依从度、自我护理能力、生活质量和对护理服务的满意度均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:电话访视制度可以有效提高社区慢性病患者治疗依从度,增强其自我护理能力,改善其生活质量,提高其对护理服务的满意度。 Objective:To explore the application of telephone interview system in nursing care of patients with chronic diseases in community. Methods: from 2011 January to my area - 2013 year in January 80 cases of patients with chronic diseases in community as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, all the patients were active treatment of the original diseases, the patients in observation group based on the increase of telephone interview measures, compared two groups of patients with dry difference between the treatment and prognosis of adherence, self care ability, quality of life and nursing service satisfaction. Results:Patients with treatment compliance, self care ability, quality of life and satisfaction with nursing serv-ice were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion:telephone interview system can effectively improve the community patients with chronic disease treatment compliance, enhance their self-care ability, improve their quality of life, improve their satisfaction with nursing service.
