摘要
目的:探讨眼科培训护士在实际工作中存在的问题,分析其原因,提出管理方法。方法:规范行为举止、护理行为;制定操作流程、应急预案、抢救流程,现场演练;一对一带教培训抢救技能;采用新一老搭班制降低护患纠纷风险。结果:14名急诊培训护士在实际工作中存在问题的人数明显减少,P〈0.005,差别有显著意义。结论:针对眼科培训护士在实际工作中存在的问题,采取相应的管理方法,能有效地提高她们实际工作能力,从而全面提高眼科临床护理质量。
Objective:To explore the training of nurses in Department of ophthalmology in the practical problems, analyze the causes, puts forward the man agement method. Method: to regulate behavior, nursing behavior; implement operating procedures, emergency plan, emergency procedures, on-site training; one to one teaching training rescue skills; the new old system to reduce risk by nurse patient disputes. Results: obvious reduce the number of problems in the prac-tical work of 14 emergency training of nurses, P〈0. 005 by the end, the difference was significant. Conclusion: the training of nurses in Department of ophthal mology in the practical problems, to take corresponding management methods, can effectively improve their practical ability to work, so as to improve the quality of nursing in Department of ophthalmology.
