摘要
本文应用聚合物阻燃材料设计专家系统软件FRES 2 0对一个 12组分的实际聚合物阻燃配方进行了优化设计和分析。所得到的优化配方和配方组成对性能影响的规律能很好地与实验数据相吻合。应用结果表明 :以三层BP网络为基础的聚合物阻燃配方模型可以很好地解决聚合物阻燃配方知识获取中的严重非线性问题 ,同时也证明FRES 2 0软件运行可靠。
An expert system software FRES 2 0 for the flame retardant polymeric composites design is applied to design and analyze an actual 12 components flame retardant formulation The optimal formulation and conclusions drawn by the software are in good accordance with the experimental data. It is concluded that the three layers BP network based model can solve the nonlinear problem encountered in the knowledge acquisition of polymer flame retardant formulation. And the software FRES 2 0 had been proved to be friendly reliably available in practice.
