目的:通过临床路径系统在医生工作站中的应用,对我院实施临床路径的医院的情况进行描述、分析,发现其中存在的问题,提出个人建议。对单病种进行有效管理,能规范各项诊疗程序,提高医疗质量,保证医疗安全。方法:采用.NET架构的应用设计方案,完全融合于原有医院信息系统之中,实现无缝链接,对多病区单病种进行有效实施。结论:临床路径管理系统是保证医疗质量,减轻患者负担,增加患者满意度,又能降低医疗成本的新型的病种管理模式。

Through the application of clinical pathway system in medical workstation, descriptlon, analysis the implementation of clinical pathway in our hospital,find the problems, personal recommendations, producing effective management for single disease, Standardizing the treatment program, improving the medical quality. Methods： Built by .NET framework design of application, completed fusion on HIS, realization seamless link, on the effective implementation of single disease .Conclusion： The clinical path management system is to ensure the medical quality, reduce the burden of the patients, increase patient satisfaction, and it can reduce the medical costs of the new disease management pattern.
