摘要
本文报道一种铜(Ⅱ)-L-脯氨酸键合手性固定相的制备方法。用高效配体交换色谱法在其色谱柱上研究了流动相的pH和离子强度、流速及柱温对α-氨基酸对映体拆分的选择性和分离度的影响。选择了合理的色谱分离条件,直接拆分了13种α-氨基酸对映体。
This paper describes the enantiomeric separation of α-amino acids on the chiral stationary phase(CSP) of L-proline. The CSP was prepared ty reacting 3-glyeidoxy-propyltrimethoxysilane firstly with L-proline and then bonding it to silica gel. The enantiomers of 13 α-amino acids on a 25 cm long column were separated using Cu(Ⅱ) ions as a complexing agent. The effects of pH, ionic strength, flow rate and column temperature on the enantiomer selectivity were discussed.
