规范预混胰岛素注射方法对血糖及胰岛素用量的影响

Influence of standard injection method of premixed insulin on blood glucose and insulin dosage

目的了解规范预混胰岛素注射方法对糖尿病患者血糖、胰岛素用量的影响。方法对使用预混胰岛素注射方法不规范的106例糖尿病患者进行指导,了解其规范前后血糖控制情况、胰岛素用量并进行分析。结果规范胰岛素注射技术后血糖控制情况与胰岛素用量与干预前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范预混胰岛素注射方法有利于糖尿病的治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of standard injection method of premixed insulin on blood glucose and insulin dosage in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 106 patients with nonstandard injection of premixed insulin were recruited to follow the instruction. To understand and analyze the blood glucose control and insulin dosage before and after standardized injection. Results , Differences of blood glucose control and insulin dosage between after and before standardized injection of insulin were both statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The standardized injection of premixed insulin is conducive to patients with diabetic millitus.
