中西医结合治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效评价

Therapeutic evaluation of combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on chronic renal failure

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法将该院内科2009年1月至2012年5月144例CRF患者随机分为治疗组(中西医结合组)和对照组(西医组),各72例。对照组给予低盐、低磷、低蛋白饮食、控制血压及抗感染等常规西医疗法;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用补肾祛淤汤(黄芪、熟地黄、太子参、山萸肉、川芎、怀牛膝、绞股蓝、大黄等)进行综合治疗。3个月为1个疗程,同时观察治疗前后尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)及临床症状的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为85.7%,对照组为62.8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清Scr、BUN明显降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗能显著改善CRF的临床症状及肾功能指标,其治疗效果优于单纯西医治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and Western medicine（WM） on chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods A total of 144 patients with CRF in medical department in the hospital from January 2009 to May 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group （the group of combination treatment of TCM and WM） and the control group （WM group）, 72 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional WM medicine including low-salt, low-phosphorus and low-protein diet, blood pressure control and anti-infection therapy;while the treatment group was added with Bushen Quyu decoction （Astragalus, prepared radix rehmanniae, heterophylla, cornus, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Achyranthes, Gynostemma, rhubarb, etc） for comprehensive treatment. Three months made up a course of treatment, at the meantime, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum creatinine （Scr） and changes of clinical symptom before and after treatment in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 85.7% and 62.8% respectively, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈O.01）. Comparing with the control group, the Scr and BUN in the treatment group decreased obviously, and there had significantly statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination treatment of TCM and WM can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of CRF and indicators of renal function, therapeutic effect of which is superior to WM treatment alone. It is worthy of promotion in clinic.
