摘要
以 1,3 二氯 1,1,3 ,3 四苯基二硅氮烷 (DCTPS)为原料 ,采用丁基锂脱氯化氢关环法 ,合成了 1,3 二 (二苯基氯硅烷基 ) 2 ,2 ,4,4 四苯基环二硅氮烷 (BcPTPC)。研究发现 ,不同溶剂中所得产物不同。在非极性溶剂中 ,能够顺利地得到BcPTPC ;而在极性溶剂中 ,得到的产物为DCTPS的低聚体。对于BcPTPC及低聚体 ,采用1H NMR、2 9Si NMR谱及场解吸质谱 (FD)进行了表征。
bis(chlorodiphenylsilyl) 2,2,4,4 tetraphenylcyclodisilazane (BcPTPC) was synthesized by the ring closure reaction of 1,3 dichloro 1,1,3,3 tetraphenyldisilazane(DCTPS) with BuLi as dehydrochlorination agent. This reaction was highly influenced by the polarity of the solvents used. In non polar solvents such as xylene hexane mixture solvent, the ring closure reaction of DCPTPS can smoothly take place, and the BcPTPC yield is nearly 73.2%. In polar solvent such as THF hexane mixture solvent, the products of the dehydrochlorination reaction are almost the oligomers of DCPTPS. BcPTPC and the oligomers were characterized by 1H NMR, 29 Si NMR spectrum, and field desorption mass spectrum.
