摘要
以铑 -钌 (Rh -Ru)双金属催化剂对丁腈胶 (NBR)进行均相溶液加氢动力学研究。分别考察了该催化剂体系的加氢活性、加氢速率和选择性。经加氢实验表明 ,该催化剂对NBR加氢的较佳工艺条件为 :氢气压力 1 4MPa ;温度 145℃ ,反应时间 4~ 5h ,使NBR加氢度≥ 98%。此外还求得各因素的反应级数 ,并得到该催化剂的NBR加氢动力学方程 :-d[CC]/dt=k[CC]1 70 p1 17[Rh -Ru]1 30 ,反应温度 115~ 145℃时的加氢反应活化能为 13 17kJ/mol。
The kinetic study of the homogenous solution hydrogenation of NBR using Rh Ru bimetallic complex catalyst has been carried out. In presence of this catalyst, the hydrogenating activity, the rate of hydrogenation and the selectivity were examined. Optimum reaction conditions were found: CC concentration 6 20 mol/L, catalyst concentration 1 86×10 -4 mol/L, hydrogen pressure 1 4 MPa, temperature 145 ℃, ≥98% degree of hydrogenation was achieved within 5 hours. The reaction order of each component was calculated, a rate equation was obtained as follows,-d[CC]/d t=k [CC] 1.70 p 1.17 [Rh Ru] 1.30 , the apparent activation energy is 13 17 kJ/mol within the temperature interval from 115 ℃ to 145 ℃.
