职业教育集团是推动教育资源共享、优势互补的有效途径,是深化校企合作、推进产学研协同与集成化的重要平台.作为职业教育主体的地方政府,理应在职业教育集团化发展过程中发挥至关重要的作用.文章介绍了职业教育集团化的必要性以及地方政府在集团化发展中的重要职能,结合我国职教集团发展的现状,阐述了地方政府在集团发展过程中缺位与越位的表现及形成原因,并给出地方政府促进职业教育集团化发展的对策.

Vocational Education Group is an effective way to promote the sharing of educational resources, complementary advantages, and it＇s an important platform to deepen the school-enterprise cooperation, to promote research collaboration and integration. As the main body of the vocational education, local government should play a crucial role in the process of vocational education group development. This paper introduces the necessity and the important functions of local government in the development of the vocational education group, combined with the status of the development of vocational education group, to explain the development of local government in the process of absence and the group＇s performance and causes of offside, and gives countermeasures of the local government to promote the development of vocational education group.
