摘要 工作过程导向的课程开发,基于市场对人才的实际需要,结合一线岗位要求和工作过程,通过市场调研、确定典型工作任务、转换工作任务并设计学习情境等步骤,重新建构新的课程教学体系,从而让学生在模拟实践环境中提升学习兴趣和学习效率.本文通过分析物流基础知识课程中物流核心要素的学习情境设计,探索以工作过程为导向的课程开发过程. Work process-oriented curriculum development, based on the actual needs of the market for talent, combined with firstline job requirements and work processes, through market research to determine the typical tasks, the conversion tasks and learning situations and other steps designed to re-construct a new teaching system, allowing students to practice in a simulated environment to enhance interest in learning and learning efficiency. This paper analyzes the "Logistics Fundamentals" course logistics core elements of learning scenarios designed to explore the work process-oriented curriculum development process.
