儿童花样滑冰训练中畏惧心理的成因及对策研究

Causes and Countermeasures of Children fearing for Figure Skating Training

本文针对儿童产生畏惧心理的可能因素设计了问卷.对150名儿童花样滑冰学员的调查结果表明,情绪上的逆反与性格上的脆弱与羞怯为该项训练开展时畏惧心理产生的两大主观因素.课程安排、教学方法、家庭方面等复杂多样的细节因素为该项训练开展过程中畏惧心理产生的客观诱因.

This paper designed questionnaire aims to study the origin of children psychological of fear on figure skating. The questionnaire results from 150 children show that the subjective factors causing psychological of fear are rebellious mood, fragile and shy character. Objective factors conclude curriculum arrangement, teaching method, family factors, etc. According to the research results above, this paper gives some countermeasures to avoid psychological of fear for children figure skater.
