随着就业市场化程度的提高以及就业市场范围的扩大,就业的问题也越来越突出,因此,如何实现对大学生高质量的职业指导显得尤为重要.本文在明确职业指导内涵的基础上,提出了目前高校职业指导工作中存在的问题,并结合高校实际情况,探讨如何实现大学生更高质量的职业指导,更好的为学生就业服务.

With the job market degree improvement as well as expansion of the scope of the job market, employment problems are more prominent; therefore, how to achieve the highest quality of college students＇ career guidance is particularly important. In this paper, a clear connotation of vocational guidance, based on the proposed current university career guidance problems, combined with the actual situation in colleges, explore how to achieve a higher quality of students＇ vocational guidance, to better serve our students＇ employment services.
