新时期网络时代下,分析大学生网络学习、网络购物、网络游戏和网络聊天等行为特征,为规范大学生网络行为,应注重减少经济差异,提供公平的学习环境；合理设置培养计划,控制学生自我支配时间；锻炼学生的独立性,增强学生危机意识.

In new era, this thesis analysis college student characteristics of network behavior, which includes network learning behavior, network shopping behavior, network game behavior and network chat behavior. In order to regulate the network behaviors of college students, the policy should take steps to reduce the economic disparities and provide fair envi- ronment; the college should draw up reasonable training plan and control student＇s time; the college should exercise student＇s independent and enhance student＇s awareness of crisis.
