废轮胎热解油品的组成与硫含量研究 被引量:18

摘要 本文就废轮胎热解所得油品组成进行了分析。结果表明 ,载气种类对油品的组成及硫含量影响较大。在N2 条件下 ,油品中含有较多的轻质油品 ,轻质油品中富含高附加值的化学品萜二烯。H2 及H2 O气氛下的油品中轻质油品含量远低于N2 气氛下的轻质油品含量。温度的提高能增加轻质油品的含量。载气流速对油品的组成影响不大。硫含量分析表明 ,在N2 条件下各油品的硫含量均高于H2 及H2 O气氛下的硫含量 ;各油品中轻质油品硫含量最低 ,在H2 及H2 O气氛下可小于 10 0ppm ,中质油品硫含量次之 ,重质油硫含量最高。 Composition and sulfur content of tire-derived oil were studied in detail The results indicated that the type of carrier gas and its flow rate affect the oil composition More light oil and 1,8,di-limonene can be obtained in pyrolysis under nitrogen than under H 2 and H 2O The light oil contains less sulfur than the medium and heavy oil, especially when the carrier gases are H 2 and steam
