摘要 通过对几种污泥样品进行热重分析 ,研究污泥的燃烧特性。根据燃烧实验所得的热失重曲线 ,对几种污泥的燃烧过程进行了分析。对实验数据进行处理 ,采用Phadnis法和微分法相结合的方法确定了燃烧反应机理并求出了反应动力学常数A和E。在燃烧的不同阶段 ,总反应速率控制因素不同。 In this paper, the authors examined the sewage sludge by the means of thermogravimetry and got the TG, DTG and DTA curves The experiments were carried out in pure oxygen atmosphere and same heating rates (30K/min) Results showed that there were two reaction stages of sludge combustion in the pure oxygen atmosphere According to the curves received, the combustion characters of sewage sludge were studied The data obtained from experiments using differential method combined with Phadnis method were processed to determine the combustion mechanism and the kinetics parameters of sludge It was found that the Phadnis and differential method was valid to analyse the parameters of combustion kinetics of sludge It was also found that the reactions before and after the peak values of DTG curves obeyed different mechanism There are different factors in controlling the combustion of different phases The results should be useful for the rational design, operation of thermal treatment and incineration systems in which sludge-related wastes are involved
