摘要
通过熔盐交换法合成了NdCl3 FeCl3 GIC ,采用X射线电子能谱 (XPS)分析插入剂在石墨层间的存在形式 ,并测定了试样中Nd ,Fe ,Cl和C的相对含量。NdCl3 FeCl3 GIC中Fe 2p的结合能为 711 2 0~ 710 3eV ,Nd 3d的结合能为 983 2 0~ 983 0 8eV ,并发现Fe在石墨层间以Fe3 + ,Fe2 + 形式存在。
NdCl 3 FeCl 3 graphite intercalation compounds were synthesized by molten salt exchange method. The state of the intercalates and the relative contents of Nd, Fe, C, Cl in the product were determined by X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). From the XPS data, it is concluded that the binding energy for Fe2p is about 711 20~710 3 eV, the binding energy for Nd3d is about 983 08~ 983 20 eV, and Fe in the product has two valences (Fe 3+ and Fe 2+ ).
