结直肠癌患者骨髓中survivin基因的检测及临床意义

Clinical Significance of Survivin mRNA in Bone Marrow of Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨生存素(survivin)在结直肠癌(CRC)患者骨髓中的表达及其临床意义。方法术前收集68例CRC患者骨髓,应用巢式反转录酶-聚合酶链锁反应(RT-PCR)检测survivin mRNA的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征及2年无进展生存期(PFS)的关系。结果骨髓survivin mRNA阳性率为29.4%。survivin阳性与患者临床分期及淋巴结转移相关,其2年PFS(平均18.3月)劣于survivin阴性者(平均21.6月)。结论骨髓survivin mRNA检测对于判断CRC微转移具有重要意义,可望成为CRC潜在预后标志物。

Objective To examine the expression and clinical significance of survivin in bone marrow （BM） of patients with colorectal cancer （CRC）. Methods The bone marrow of 68 patients with CRC was collected before operation. Survivin mRNA expression was determined using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT- PCR） ,and its association with clinical pathological features and 2 year progression-free survival （PFS） were further evaluated. Results The positive expression of survivin mRNA in BM was 29. 40/00. Furthermore, survivin mRNA expression in BM was associated with clinical staging and lymph metastasis. Besides, 2-year PFS in patients with positive survivin （the mean of 18.3 months） was inferior to those with negative one （the mean of 21.6 months）. Conclusion Survivin mRNA detection is of great importance to evaluate micro-metastasis of CRC,which may be a potential biomarker for the prognostic assessment of CRC. [
