PDCA循环在PICU基础护理管理中的效果分析

PDCA Circulation Effect Analysis in PICU Basic Nursing Management

目的探讨PDCA循环在PICU基础护理管理中的效果分析。方法本院儿科重症监护室2012年11月～2013年3月共收治危重患儿146例作为观察组，同时回顾分析2012年6～10月儿科重症监护室收治的危重患儿152例作为对照组。对照组患儿给予常规重症监护病房基础护理，观察组患儿通过应用PDCA循环实施基础护理。结果通过PDCA循环的实施，观察组基础护理质量合格率明显提高，护理不良事件及护理纠纷明显减少（P〈0．05）。结论PDCA循环是PICU落实基础护理的有效管理方法。

Objective Analysis of the effect of PDCA circulation in PICU basic nursing management. Methods In our hospital pediatric intensive care unit （PICU） from November 2012 to March 2013, the 146 critically ill children were enrolled as observation group, at the same time a retrospective analysis of 152 critically ill children from 2012 June to October 2012 PICU were enrolled as control group. Control group received basic general intensive care unit care. Observation group applied PDCA circulation together with basic nursing. Results Through the including of the PDCA circulation, the observation group had increased nursing quality and the qualified rate increased significantly, the nursing adverse events and nursing disputes reduced significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDCA circulation is an effective management method of PICU implementation of the basic nursing.
