摘要
研究发现在盐酸溶液介质中 ,痕量镧对双氧水还原中性红褪色反应有很好的催化作用。据此建立了动力学光度法测定痕量镧 ( )的新方法。找到了反应的最佳条件 ,并测定了一些动力学参数。方法线性范围为 0~0 .8μg/ 2 5 m L ,检出限为 2 .6× 10 - 9g/ m L。本实验方法具有测定快速、灵敏等特点 ,对未知模拟样中的镧的测定 。
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace lanthannum(Ⅲ) was established.It was based on the La(Ⅲ) catalyzed the discoloring reaction of neutral red (NR)by hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2)in HCl medium.The optimum reaction conditions and some kinetic parameters were studied.The determination range of iridium is 0~0.8μg/25mL and the detection limit is 2.6×10 -9 g/mL.This method has been applied to the determination of La(Ⅲ)in simulated samples with satisfactory results.
