摘要
本文对 Nd Fe B粉末的氧化及吸附行为进行了研究 ,氧化温度为室温。研究发现 ,Nd Fe B粉末与空气作用包括两个方面 ,一是氧化过程 ,二是吸附过程。未经表面处理的粉末在最初 2 0 0小时氧化增重迅速 ,接近 0 .2 % ,而经表面处理的粉末在 10 0小时前增重为零。另外 Nd Fe B粉末由于吸附增重可高达 0 .35 % ,解吸过程需要长达30 0小时左右 ,由此可见 ,Nd Fe
The kinetics of oxidation and absorption of high performance Nd Fe B powders aged in ambient air at room temperature was investigated. The results show that the reaction of Nd Fe B powders includes both oxidation and absorption stages.Initially the weight gains of unprocessed Nd Fe B powders rise fast to 0 2% within 200 hours,while the weight gains of processed Nd Fe B powders are almost zero.On the other hand,the weight gains of Nd Fe B powders through absorption are as high as 0.35%,however,the desorption takes as long as about 300 hours.Thus,the absorption process is more deteriorating magnet performance compared with oxidation process.
