摘要
本文研究了稀土钼系杂多化合物 (NH4) 1 2 H1 0 〔Nd4Mo2 9O1 0 4(H2 O) 1 2 〕· 2 2 H2 O对苯酚过氧化氢羟化反应的催化性能。探讨了反应温度、反应时间、反应介质、反应体系 p H及 n(ph OH) / n(H2 O2 ) (摩尔比 )等对苯酚羟化反应催化活性的影响。实验结果表明 :以甲醇为溶剂 ,用合成的稀土钼系杂多化合物为催化剂添加适量的 V2 O5 ,体系 p H为 5 .0 ,n(ph OH) / n(H2 O2 ) =1∶ 1.5 ,反应温度为 343K,反应 5小时 ,苯酚的转化率达 41.0 0 % ,对苯二酚的产率为 37.85 %。
Catalysis of molybdoneodymium heteropoly compound was studied in phenol hydroxylation with hydrogen peroxide as oxidant.The effect of the temperature,time,solvent,pH value and n(phOH)/n(H 2O 2) on catalytic activity for phenol hydroxylation were investigated.The experimental results show that the heteropoly compound in the presence of V 2O 5 is an excellent catalyst for the phenol hydroxylation.When methanol is used as solvent,n(phOH)/n(H 2O 2)=1∶1 5,pH=5,reaction time=5h,phenol conversion and yield of HQ is 41 00% and 37.85% respectively.
