摘要
利用 P( NEt2 ) 3与双官能基底物的环缩合反应合成了一系列新型五元磷杂环化合物 .化合物的结构经1 H NMR,31 P NMR,MS和元素分析等手段证实 .对化合物 l作了 X射线单晶衍射 ,确定五元磷杂环为平面结构及 P_ N键具有 dπ-pπ 性质 .初步生物活性测定表明部分化合物具有较好的选择性除草活性 .
In order to look for a new herbicide, a series of novel phosphorus heterocyclic compounds have been prepared by the reaction of P(NEt 2) 3 with compounds containing 1,2 diamino groups at a high temperature. The structures of compounds Ⅱ were characterized by 1H NMR and elemental analysis, some of which were characterized by 31 P NMR and MS. The compound Ⅱl was analyzed by X ray diffraction. The coplanar heterocycle and d π p π electronic phenomenon of P_N bond were found. The preliminary biological tests indicated that some of them showed a better selective herbicidal activity.
